Every application starts the same way. Filling in forms. Connecting accounts. Uploading documents. Proving the same things over and over again.
Pulse+ flips that model. We worked with Smarter Contracts to design a platform where people verify their data once, store it in reusable digital passports and stay in control of who they share it with.
The Challenge
Digital identity is complex. Making it feel simple isn't.
Our challenge was to turn a highly technical platform spanning identity, Open Banking, Companies House, credit agencies and accounting software into an experience people could understand and trust.
The Solution
We designed the product from the ground up, creating the passport concept, onboarding journeys, consent model and connection flows that make verified data feel intuitive. Every interaction was built around one simple principle: verify once, reuse everywhere.
The result is a scalable platform that helps people spend less time proving who they are and more time getting things done. From consumer finance to business lending, Pulse+ lays the foundations for a new way of sharing trusted data.

Designed for Digital Wellbeing
We wanted managing your data to feel less like online banking and more like tracking your health. Pulse+ gives users a live picture of their digital wellbeing, replacing static dashboards with an experience that feels active, responsive and always working in the background.
Pulse Radar is the heart of the platform. It gives users a live view of their connected data, showing which sectors are active, where their passports are being used and where new opportunities to save time, money or effort exist.
Everything. At a Glance.
Putting People Back in Control
Pulse+ turns complex infrastructure into a product people can understand. By combining trusted identity, reusable passports and human-centred design, we created an experience that puts control back where it belongs; in the hands of the people
